Pricing questions
- Is there a per-staff or per-seat charge?
- No. WorkPilotAi is a flat monthly fee per workplace, not per person. Adding staff to your team never increases the bill.
- What happens to my free beta account when paid plans launch?
- You keep the free price for life as a thank-you for helping us through beta. You will get plenty of notice before any paid plan starts, and nothing switches off without warning.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Sign up free, build your rota and invite your team with no card required. Billing only begins if you choose a paid plan after the beta.
- Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes. Export every rota, staff record, timesheet and report to CSV whenever you like, including if you decide to leave. Your data stays yours.
